FS 824 – FS 840 (rotary, filling and sealing machine)
Our technically advanced intermittently operating rotary machines include the filling and sealing machines FS 824 to FS 840, each of which has eight stations. They fill and seal prefabricated flat bags or stand-up pouches with products of very different consistencies and are also able to have spouts attached. These machines can be used in every application including Food, Pet Food, Seed Industry, Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Nonfood, Household, Personal Care.
Efficient & high performing
The FS824-924 series is ideal for small volume multi format pouch production, and is capable of producing up to 45 pouches / min. With an easy to control HMI and the possibilty to store programs and pouch parameters with quick format change over times. The simple machine design requires little space in the production area. The machines are made of Stainless Steel with various options including full wash down capability for easy cleaning.
Simple & effective operation
The FS 824-924 series comes complete with a 1.5m infeed magazine for flat pouches. This can be increased to 3m to allow for longer production runs and higher autonomy. We use the highest quality components to achieve a high level of pouch opening , pouch forming, filling , sealing and discharge. Every machine is customised to suit each application to ensure the customer has the very best machine for his exact requirements
Flexible & hygienic design
The FS824-924 series machine has dedicated stations for each pouch operation and can accomodate a pouch size from 100mm wide to 350mm wide. All machine contact parts are made from stainless steel for easy cleaning and product protection. With our 924 machine range we have greater capacity for filling and sealing of pouches.
Effective pouch opening
The FS machine range uses multi vacuum pumps to ensure there is no loss of suction when needed. This simply enables us to ensure that pouches can be opened and formed at the correct time, therefore, increasing the output and productivity.
Efficient pouch magazine
Our pouch magazine enables the operator to load a high quantity of pouches ready to be filled. The pouches are driven in to loading dock, before be separated and taken into the gripper arms. We have multiple controls to ensure the highest level of pouch acceptance.
Fast & simple changeovers
One of the biggest features of a FS machine is the quick and easy change-overs. Most settings are made within the HMI touch panel, where manual interventions are made, these are simple hand adjustments not requiring any tools. A change-over typically no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
