FBM 20 / FBM 22 (rotary, form, fill and seal machines) The FBM 20 and FBM 22 are two intermittently operating rotary machine models with eight stations. They are suitable for the manufacturing and filling of bottom folded or stand-up pouches, with or without resealing systems, starting from the roll. They are therefore suitable for a wide range of applications, are of top quality and are extremely flexible

The FBM20 Form Fill and Seal machine from SN provides customers with a cost effective way to produce stand-up and flat pouches from 100mm wide and 350mm tall to 300mm wide x 350mm tall. This wide variance is prefect for co-packers looking to offer something different to their customers. 

As with all SN machines this model can be run as a simplex or duplex option and be adapted to operate in a wet or dry environment. reaching speeds of upto 100 cycles per min, meaning 200 pouches per min (in duplex) with very little waste film.  

Modern machinery manufacturers have to look forward when developing thier machines to ensure they can run the future films and pouches. For SN this means ensuring the machines are ready to run not only the existing films, but also the thinner , lighter, mono material and recyclable films.
